Built for the Scene: Influence-Based Leadership for Tow Operators is a high-impact leadership class designed specifically for the towing and recovery industry—where decisions are made fast, pressure is constant, and your team is counting on you. This session goes beyond titles and positions and breaks down what leadership really is: influence in action. You’ll learn how to expand your Sphere of Knowledge, recognize and stop the 5 Laws of Decline before they hurt your company’s culture, and improve communication through practical conflict resolution strategies that work in real-world situations. We’ll also introduce the Adversity Quotient (AQ)—because how you respond when things go sideways is what separates average operators from leader’s people trust on every call. If you want to lead stronger, communicate clearer, and build a team that performs under pressure, this class is built for you.
